An Ars Subtilior Valentine
Belle, Bonne, Sage

From the Chantilly Codex (Musée Condé MS 564), ca. 1350-1400: Baude Cordier's song "Belle, Bonne, Sage"

"Lovely, good, wise, gentle and noble one,
On this day that the year becomes new
I make you a gift of a new song
Within my heart, which presents itself to you."

(with thanks to shalmestere for the lead)

Not yet! I just printed out a transcribed version. :)

ETA: Actually, on second thought, I think I might have played the second line once with J and R -- I'm not positive, though; they've handed me a lot of really neat sheet music to sightread over the years. :)
